Available from Monday to Sunday including holidays in downtown Vancouver and the Greater Vancouver areas.
- To optimize cost of delivery for the customer, all the orders are scheduled for delivery next day. This is the minimum cost option. Cost of next day delivery to anywhere in the greater Vancouver area is $8.99.
- If you want it the same day, we can do it. However, the costs are higher ranging from $10.99 to $33.99, depending on the postal code. Please call store to get the rate for your postal code.

Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable. If a return is made on an online order and the remaining total no longer qualifies for free delivery, the applicable delivery fee will be charged.

Shipping
We offer shipping across Canada via Canada Post and FedEx, and any in-stock items are shipped the same or next business day. You can calculate shipping costs and choose from different options in the cart before checkout.
Please note, we can only ship or deliver to a verified billing address.
Pickup
We’re pleased to offer in-store pickup as an option. At checkout, simply select the store where you’d like to pick up your order. If the item isn’t in stock at your chosen location, it may take a day or two to transfer. You can use the ‘Check Store Availability’ feature when ordering, or reach out to us for assistance.
Please note, we can only release the order to the person who made the online payment. We kindly ask that you bring the credit card used for the purchase along with a valid, government-issued photo ID.
